I just wanted to let you all know that I went to a dentist yesterday and am SO thankful for finding this man! He has been sick also and has been a mercury-free dentist for 18 years. He covered every base that I could think of and he uses the best techniques. I am SO happy about this. I know he is an answer to prayer! I was scheduled for an hour and a half consultation and was there for 2 1/2 hours!!! He has many connections with other doctors who can help me in the area of finding good health again and will be there with me through the journey, instead of just taking out the fillings and being done with me. Anyway, I am getting the left side done first since that is where my bigges fillings are and then the right side, one small fillings removed about three weeks later. He tested my cracked filling and said it is leaking bad. They took a camera that showed my tooth on a tv and showed me the decay all around the fillings and how the mercury has actually turned my teeth kind of a blue-green as it has seeped into the teeth over the years. It was something. Anyway, just wanted to let you know that my story is finally beginning! Vicki

wow, maybe that's why my teeth have this odd grey color within some of them! it almost looks like there is a cavity under the surface, although there isn't. yikes - that's scary!

Vicki, please let us know the name of your dentist and rates. I'm still looking for a good dentist who charges reasonably. I don't have insurance, thank you, Crystal
