Dear Russ,
I had all my fillings removed last week and am feeling quite emotional depressed and having all the usual "mental symptoms" feeling quite terrible actually. what id like to know is if you or anyone else has had relief from these particular symptoms by taking algin or does it only help with the physical symptoms. Im really getting desperate and am feeling quite hopelss and suicidal because im so tired of this constant battle going on in my mind. mentally im finsihed. PLEASE let me know, and could you also advise on how long it would take to reach me in South Africa. Is there any way you could send it to me express mail so that it could get here quicker???? PLEASE Russ, I NEED HELP!!!!!! I could do an internet transfer to oyur account. I want to encourage you to HANG ON because you know that it is just a biochemical thing, and you are not permanently losing your mind. If this helps: more than 20 years ago, I felt like you, though I doubt it had to do with my few fillings (which, when they were installed, never caused me problems of any sort). My story is that I suddenly had lots of bad luck and personal problems; "major disaster" would not be an excessive description of my lot in life. So I just kind of sunk into the ground, mainly staying home and living largely off frozen ice-cream pies. After several months of this, I decided that it was time to smarten up. So I stopped the Total Sugar Diet and went on a real healthy diet. No junk or sugar passed my lips. Well, after a few days, I guess it was the sugar coming out (like mercury for you?) and I went totally ape-s**t. A mental case. I was seriously suicidal from feeling that I would be crazy forever. I can't describe it, but every moment was severe fear & panic. I was phoning all, to try to get someone to help me. Anyway, I passed through the de-sugaring in several days. I know mercury is worse, but many people have felt very, very bad - and lived to tell the tale. SO WILL YOU. - Carla.
Animals feel pain & suffering just as we do, and they value their lives as much as we value ours.
