Maybe it will help someone. The problem for me is that i reckon i've tried most of those suggestions, which probably suggests that anything nutritional is crippled from the start if you are loaded with heavy metals, candidiasis, parasitic suckers, and god knows what else.

In case it helps anyone with depression... I spent my life—from my teen years until about 35—in depression. Oddly, I didn't know it. I honestly though everyone felt this way. I was suicidal almost daily. Starting the day after my amalgam was removed, the depression and suicidal feelings went away almost immediately. It was a dramatic change. My "emotional" amalgam symptoms that also went away include shyness and a number of other fears that mostly included feeling "unworthy" which caused me to avoid social situations. I hope this helps someone with emotional issues who does not know the cause. Primary sources of mercury are amalgam fillings, coal-burning power plants, tattoos, and vaccines. http://herballure.com/mms

I picked up a leaflet at my holistic dentist's office that has information on Sources and Symptoms of Heavy Metal Toxicities. I thought this might be useful concerning sources.
In addition to what Russ included, these are some sources of Possible Mercury Toxicity in Our Environment:
Animal & Industrial Waste Automobile Exhaust Pesticides Fertilizers Drinking Well Water Seawater, Seafood Tanner Leather, Felt Rainwater, Snow Mercuric Chloride (histology Labs) Bleached Flour Processed Foods Fabric Softeners Calomel (Body Powder, Talc) Skin Lightning Creams Paint Pigments, Solvents Hemorrhoid Suppository Cinnabar (used in jewelry) Laxatives Mercurochrome, Merthiolate Mascara, Cosmetics External Salves Floor Wax, Polish Wood Preservatives Plumbing, Piping Air Conditioning Filter Adhesives Batteries
And here are some alternative names for Mercury. These can be found in all kinds of products from cleaning products to personal hygiene products.

Russ, did your depression go away 100% after removal or took it longer to disappear?

It went away 100%.
No more depression. No more suicidal thoughts. Gone.
Of course, there was the roller coaster ride that I went through for several months immediately after the removal, and I did experience occasional depression during some of the "lows", but I got better and better and within a few months, I had no more depression. A complete and dramatic change from before.
