What you're describing sounds exactly like mercury poisoning. Since you had all your amalgams removed, your body must be automatically releasing some of the mercury that has been stored, not to mention whatever amount of mercury you may have been exposed to during the removal process (hopefully this was minimal because you went to a dentist trained to use the proper safety protocols).
We can certainly express airmail you as much Algin as you want. We have a secure, encrypted messaging system you can use to email us your shipping and credit card information, or you're welcome to call us. From South Africa, you would need to dial 09~091+1+716-487-9502.
In the meantime, please be sure to take lots of vitamin C with bioflavonoids. By lots, I mean 6 to 8,000mg in divided doses throughout the day, or even more if your body can handle it. Some people take enough vitamin C to reach "bowel tolerance" (a nice word for diarrhea) and then they back off a little and maintain this dosage for several days. Vitamin C is water-soluble, so what your body doesn't use, it will just eliminate, so there's no need to worry about overdoing it. Vitamin C will help with detoxifying your body and with many of the other side-effects that mercury can cause.
Also, get a hold of some Slippery Elm powder, which you should be able to find in capsules (or loose) at any health food store. This natural fiber may help absorb some of the mercury and prevent it from being redistributed. It's not as good as Algin, but it may help at least a little in the meantime. If you can't find Slippery Elm, then eat some all-natural wheat bran cereal (provided you don't have wheat allergies)...it may also help a little.
You need to keep your bowels moving because mercury is primarily eliminated through the bowels. Drink lots of water and organic orange juice (which is much better than regular OJ).
