Dear Russ,

I had all my fillings removed last week and am feeling quite emotional depressed and having all the usual "mental symptoms" feeling quite terrible actually. what id like to know is if you or anyone else has had relief from these particular symptoms by taking algin or does it only help with the physical symptoms. Im really getting desperate and am feeling quite hopelss and suicidal because im so tired of this constant battle going on in my mind. mentally im finsihed. PLEASE let me know, and could you also advise on how long it would take to reach me in South Africa. Is there any way you could send it to me express mail so that it could get here quicker????
