Congratulations on sending the stupidest post on here yet. Mercury is a potent neurotoxin, is attracted to fatty tissue, and is inserted into the oral cavity very close to the brain. It is a toxin with different destructive cellular effects. Are you saying that mercury cannot cause mental problems after all that? The woman you refer to, Mary Stephenson, had been in psychiatric hospitals for years receiving all kinds of drugs and ECT. It was only after she got her amalgams removed and a long period of detox that she started to recover from depression. As for her being a "very rare case". Where is your evidence to back that up? Do you really believe that most people with severe suicidal depression are able to suspect that the toxic bombs in their mouths are causing all their agony? I suggest that you do a bit of hard research before posting such mindless comments. The fact that Mary Stephenson recovered from suicidal depression due to mercury detox, tells us that she isn't a "rare case", but that she is a drop in the ocean because so many people like her don't even know that dental toxins are causing their terrible suffering.
