Best luck in finding a good honest holistic dentist Elaine, I will pray that you soon get some help. There are some out there, but unfortunately the good ones are very expensive. But don't give up on Jigsaw, and in the meantime try to stick to the candida diet...it will help you from methylating more mercury.
