I agree entirely with Bex here. The many symptoms we normally associate with mercury poisoning are those of Candida and it is vital that you seek the help of an anti-Candida diet to control these symptoms, especially if you are contemplating amalgam removal. Your body must be as free as possible from Candida before removal of amalgams. Candida testing as well as a test for mercury (a mercury vapour test being the most accurate test) are vital. It is a hard diet to follow, and I have had problems with it myself, I won't deny that, but you will notice a huge difference once the Candida has gone. I have read on this forum that someone has been eating peanut butter as part of their anti-candida diet, but this must be avoided. However, cashew nut butter is just as nice and can easily be found in most health food stores. If you are going to follow an anti-Candida diet you MUST stick to it and not cheat. Eliminating the Candida will then be a much quicker process. Lyn (London) www.LynRennicksAMPSsociety.co.ukLyn@LynRennicksAMPSsociety.co.uk
