I went to a dentist in NYC who is IAOMT certified and apparently has many years experience of amalgam removal.
Despite my reservations about getting my teeth cleaned, I gave in based on him telling me that he would take care to ensure it would not stir the Mercury up.
Sure enough it did and my symptoms are out of control now.
I can sense the excess of Mercury based on the excess of salivation I am having with a strong metalic taste in my mouth and BAD brain fog etc.
Is there something I can have with the Amalgams still in my mouth to alleviate my situation? Would Chlorella, Active Charcoal etc help?
It has been a few days already since the problem started.

After this episode have decided to change my dentist for the removal of my amalgams. Has anyone used a dentist they could recommend in NYC or nearby?

Thanks very much
