I don't want to start another controversy on here, but on this website Dr El-Essawy says that people should experience immediate improvement after amalgam removal, and if you don't, it hasn't been done properly, and there is still amalgam under the new fillings. "thank you very much for this wonderful site. perhaps I might share with you my experience from treating thousands of mercury toxic patients, which hesham@el-essawy.com have taught us that if the patient does not improve immedaitely after amalgam removal then there is mercury left behind in his teeth. the best detox is the careful and thorough removal of mercury, not just amalgam, from thr teeth. even if the patient takes no detox of any sort he will show improvements immediately. for more information visit www.el-essawy.com el-essawy.com " How does this stack against Andy Cutler's view (and my own experience) that it takes a good year or two to get improvement if you are seriously toxic? First the fast body pools are mobilised, then after six months, the slow body pools. This leads to increased symptoms - this has definitely been my experience. Cutler says the only way to deal with the symptoms is to chelate, chelate and chelate, and then chelate some more, with expected chelation time 2-3 years for seriously ill people. Or is the six month worsening because my dentist did not do a good job, and there is still amalgam under my new fillings? Is this just a scam? What has others' experiences been?
