Fear: Mercury vapor from dental fillings poisons the body.
Fact: Wrong. "Every health policy organization from the World Health Organization to the [U.S.] National Institutes of Health has gone on record saying amalgam is safe," says mercury fillings expert J. Rodway Mackert Jr., D.M.D., Ph.D., of the Medical College of Georgia's School of Dentistry. Some mercury vapor escapes from dental fillings with chewing or tooth brushing, but it's too little to pose any hazard. Compared with the 5 to 6 micrograms of mercury we get from our diet every day (including mercury in fish), Mackert says, a person with seven silver amalgam fillings gets only about1 microgram per day from his fillings.
Personal take: [not mine, the following was written in the article] Mackert has no plans to remove his silver amalgam fillings.

That's exactly what all my dentists in the past have told me too- Their blindness gets me sick!
All that "minute" amount of methyl mercury vaporizing in the body vaporizes at a steady pace and builds up- indirectly causing a whole slew of problems.
I saw a photo of a woman in my area that had fibermalgia and her face was sagging like she had a stroke. After all her fillings were removed by a holistic dentist , she was overjoyed to see her condition reverse- and her "after" photos show a healthy smiling face.
I guess the typical ADA dentist would dismiss that as cooincidence. They can't convince me that those years of muscle tics , dizzy spells, brain fog, headaches were all in my head.
Geeez, when will these beaurocrats let of go of thier greed enough to wake up and "smell the vapor"!!

most likely what they would tell you is that you are "sensitive" or "allergic" to mercury and that you represent less than 1% of the earth's population
