The brand of pure Algin we use and recommend is only available in the U.S., but as Russ mentioned, we can certainly ship some to you. Shipping to the U.K. will cost approximately 10.95 USD for 2 bottles, or $12.95 for up to 4 bottles, just as an example. Many thanks for this. How long would 4 bottles of Algin last, i.e. how many pills would you need to take a day?

Each bottle has 100 capsules.
Normally you would take between 9 and 16 per day so each bottle would last between 6 and 11 days. You could decrease the dose if it's more economical because a little is better than none.
(9) 3 on rise, 3 after lunch or dinner, 3 before bed
(16) 4 on rise, 4 after lunch, 4 after dinner, 4 before bed
