Bex i think the maths are wrong. If 50mg doses of ALA are split into 3rds then that would give a dose of 16.6mg rather than 12.5mg. As you probably know those extra few mgs can make all the difference. For 12.5mg doses split into quarters initially. If the powder is put back into the capsule the next time split the remaining powder into 3rds, then split the powder again in half for the final two doses. I find all this capsule spliiting rather complicated myself and it can be tricky getting the right doses. If anyone has a simpler method please post
