That happens me at times too.I'll almost make it to a shop and then I'm paralysed with fear, I have to turn around & go home.
Or sometimes I'll be standing at the traffic lights waiting to cross &once the lights change ,I have just stood there paralysed with fear.
(But I always just pretend I've forgotten my purse or my keys,turn around ,go home &try later if I can.
Sometimes though I go forward anyway even when I'm scared &I usually feel better.It's momentary anxiety/panic I think. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/unsure.gif" alt="" />
