hi Anon this symptoms "very tired, without appetite, with nauseas" in my experience sound like the liver. There are some wonderful herbs and homeopatics for this symptoms that work really well.eg St. marys thistle etc. I had the symptoms for years no one knew why.. eventually was treated with herbs and homeopatics and I am fine now.
