Andrea - ahha.. sounds what might be going on w. me - increased candida when detoxing w. NCD...also - I DID go off the diet on the weekend - drank some wine.. But I am back on track now.. physically I am feeling much better...less sleepy..less achey.. I will keep you updated on this..good liuck.
