I know we aren't supposed to chelate before removing amalgam, but would clay be safe? I have been taking it for a couple weeks. At first, it gave me tremendous energy, physical and mental. Then I started getting detox symptoms. Now I am fluctuating back and forth throughout the day. Overall, I am feeling better than not taking the clay, but I want to make sure I am not doing harm. Thanks!

Hi Olif, Do a search on "clay" on this site and then pick out Scarlets postings. She has talked a lot about clay and used clay baths successfully before removal.

Thanks, I will keep up the clay then!
Luckily I am fine with drinking it. I had amazing results within a few hours of the first time consuming it. It is truly amazing stuff! I haven't gotten ahold of a large enough quantity for a bath, but it is on my "to do" list.
Thanks, Olif

My first clay bath made me nauseous and dizzy. Is this normal? When does it start making me feel better?
Thanks, Olif
