Are you and Asus doctors or researchers?

I am educated as a theoretical physicist (I also post as "nightlight" in PhysicsForum and sci.physics.research newsgroup, usually on foundations of "Quantum Theory", which was the subject of my thesis). As the oldest son of two medical doctors, though, I grew up with doctors around me and a large medical library at home, and enjoyed reading and discussing medical books and papers from early on.
