sorry to hear this Dawn, you were VERY careful indeed. Only 2 mg worth of difference and wow what a reaction. Obviously just enough to be too much.

I don't know if you felt the 6 mg was helping you at all?

I wish you all the best though and hope maybe if you chelate again, the 6 mg will do something over tme to where you can increase later.
