Bex, i was taking 6mg for 3 months, then i upped to only 8mg, then all hell broke loose, i was okay at 6mg just very mild reactions.I was hoping to increase the dose gradually, yes im on the diet, im sure i would be dead if i wasnt, thanks for your reply.
Sandi, Hydrocortisone is what i take for my adrenals, i was advised to start it a t very low doses, 20mg a day before i started to take Armour, if i didnt the armour wouldnt work properly and it would probably make me feel worse.
