HI Scarlett! wow, I had no idea my post to you made you feel that way, and I'm so glad! Thank you for passing that onto me and it was a pleasure to say it and with praise like that, when I did so little, is very humbling! Thank YOU.
And don't worry, I don't smoke!!!! I just did something very stupid 5 weeks ago, I had a binge of smoking on my birthday (I used to smoke very rarely in the past, like one a week or hardly ever) and this time I thought well its my birthday, I'll have a smoke. Instead of having one, I went for it and smoked them all in oneday. This has thrown me intoa pit of despair and I am suffering dreadfully 5 weeks on. So as silly as it was to do that, it does indeed show that the poisons in cigarettes maybe far worse than I realised.
I appreciate all your recommendations. I have done quite a few things, but my problems do not get remedied by anything like that. I've gone in circles for years and the only time I have ever gotten ANY improvemetns have been from the candida diet, and/or mercury chelation. Nothing else. My depression or other mental affects stem directly from that and no amount of talk therapy, or massage or acupuncture does a thing, I've been there. But that's just me personally. I have gone through teh mill and had homeopathy the entire deal. I know that my body is simply looking for relief from the toxic overload and a way of permanently lessening that, which I coudl only do with diet. Right now, even that isn't helping, so I'm just barely hanging in there I guess and hoping.
Alot of my problems I believe stem from infection and dental toxin issues (i have no amalgams though). I think this is why I am suffering permanetnly from toxicity.
I agree wtih you on the antidepressants to a point, but again there are two sides to this issue. And they should never be condemned if they have actually helped and prevented a person committing suicide (my cousin is an example). No they are not the answer, but in some cases, they do indeed help and we must be careful int his area. In other ways, they are BAD and should never be used on a person unless they have exhausted most other options. Even then, I'd be careful. But certainly, my cousin uses them and she informed me that believe me, without them? She woudl be dead. So who am I to tell her to stop them? I think though that they have also done dreadful things to a person, so I am in two minds about them. I myself never had a good experience with them and if I did, it never lasted and instead I got side effects and odd feelings.
But again, I think for so many of us, it is a lot of trial and error because we are all so different and what helps one is not necessarily going to help another and often people will be drawn to some other area, not ours. But it's good to pass on recommendations regardless and let people decide if they want to give it ago. Most people have tried already many remedies and cleanses and things and often they, like me, are going in circles. What we do need is the answer to the underlining condition, which isn't easy when you get continued contradictions by the dental and medical profession, so this is why we end up having to almost treat ourselves.
Also Scarlett, saturated fats are not the evils they have been made out to be. This is a modern misconception by the psuedo new age "experts' that have also told the public other things to avoid. Sadly, they are a very necessary part of the diet and have been for our ancestors. The alteration of this done in our new age society, has produced the opposite of what they hoped for. The reason is, animal fats are healthy and are able to be used by cells, the other fats we are now told to eat e.g. plant oils like canola oil etc, do the opposite and are not only toxic, but the cells cannot use them.
My reason for believing this also is the proof. I have used saturated fats now for a while (now aside from this stupid smoking I did), I improved from that and my skin, everything responded. All that from using butter, lard and extra virgin olive oil. All the things we've been told to avoid and this is wrong. another lady who has just added these fats to her diet and not done much else, , she reckons it's changed her life (lucky her). I wish I could ssay that, but certainly I can tell it does something.
If people are still in big doubts about this and I'm not saying to splurge on it, but here is a candida link (which I believe is the best candida website on the internet)
http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/candidasupport/If you check out the files and links, you will read about this and other amazing health things that have been suppressed by those in charge, especially doctors. The lady who runs this website is in her 60s, her name is "bee" and she is in prime condition who has studied all these things for years on end. She had been very ill once.
If anybody has questions or concerns about the saturated fat theory, ask her if you want and she can help you understand more about this and why the public have been misled on this issue.
It is only now that people are starting to realise and slowly go back to these old fats they were once always used liberally. I would never be without them.
