Anyone who feels they need these and can take them I say why not, but please please take care I have tried about 5 different types and the side effects were horrific I honestly thought I was going to die and a good friend of mine died last year from an allergic reaction to them after just 3 days so please think very carefully the docs will hand them out so easily

Trials have now shown that St John's wort works better in most people without the side effects.

True Jid they are much safer for you and only take the same time to work as anti-- depressants which can take weeks to take effect anyway
