Hi airfrance. Yes I am in Chicago, but I bought mine on line from Nature's Sunshine. If you go to the post "thank god for algin" and click on the word Algin that Russ left, it is a link to the same brand I have. I tried it in the past and never really noticed anything either. It wasn't until I took 2 caps 3 times a day that I noticed the difference.
