Hi chigirl, i am just wondering if you're in chicago area or whatever the chi stands for...if you just curious where you get your Algin from. I got some Algin from Wholefoods, but doesn't do anything for me it seems. Thanks!
Jinx, I feel the same way you do too after removing 11 amagalms in a span of 4 months...I've finished 3 months ago for me and it's slightly better, but i still have my freakin twitches and tingliy pains. I feel the best when I am working and keep my mind focused at work, away from the computer and talking with people. I feel the worse when i don't work, sit around do nothing and when i am on the computer...Because then we'll be thinking alot and have anxiety and depression and a host of new symptoms will appear...It happened to me almost a year ago when i quit my job for 2 months and did absolutely nothing, I felt just like a living deadman too, until I took a month long active backpacking vacation to Asia to bring my spirit back...So anyways, I hope you'll be able to get your hands on some helpful supplements, but I hope you can also try (even though it's hard) to be active socially and physically. Things will get better in the future!
