Scarlet, I'm so sorry to hear about everything you are going through. HOw wonderful though to have such a supportive boyfriend! Mabye you could find a really good Biological Dentist that could advise you on what to do. Once you get your mouth in a healthier state, you can get partials or dentures that look very nice. Do you currently have a Biological dentist that you trust? That is really scary that a dentist did something to you without your consent!! Maybe you could consult with a lawyer to see if you have a case? It also sounds like you have been educating yourself on a path to health, so keep it up and don't give up! I have one root canal on my back lower side that I may have to get removed some day (maybe soon <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />). I have an appointment with my Biological dentist tomorrow. I was not aware that you could have bone loss from one less tooth in the back. Right now I am keeping the root canal and getting 2 ozone treatments a year. About $250 a year to keep this root canal as healthy as possible. I thought this was working for me and the crown cracked, so I have to really think about whether it is worth it to pay for a new crown, or if I should just pull it. (the crown is not even 2 years old) I really didn't even need the root canal, and I can not express enough how much I regret getting it, but it is done now. I got it before I was educated on mercury and candida. I was just a piece of equipment on the assembly line for the Dentist that did the root canal. That is all he does all day long. Puts root canals in peoples mouths. It is scary to think that that many are being done. That is at least 15 root canals a week! Scary!!
