I couldn't eat cilantro before doing a lot of chelation with synthetics either.
I started slowly, by eating just a teaspoon or tablespoon with the oral DMSA formula I have because I noticed that it kept headaches away, the DMSA alone didn't do that for me. Only after about 3-4 months of chelation with the synthetics (I had bunches, EDTA w/DMPS, and oral DMSA w/EDTA, I was quite sick originally) am I able to eat cilantro in large quantities. Large quantities is the key i think, about 1/2 cup fresh chopped or more daily, and not only are my headaches gone (except today I finally succumbed to headache, I have been out of cilantro for about 10 days, am picking at the edges of my plants, i really should just buy some, will do that tomorrow) but my head is real clear, no fogginess at all. Even the hot spot head sensations seem to be gone for the most part. The first time I did a whole bunch of it I paid, like most others I can tell, with a day or two of very uncomfortable mercury sensations. But I noticed after that, I felt a lot better so i kept on with it, and continue to do so, I like it a lot by now. Eat a lot of garlic with the cilantro, something about the combination of the two is very good. I try to buy organic.
I don't sit all that much that my butt would hurt from sitting. I think actually it has more to do with mercury being dumped in the gut after dental exposure or even chelating. And then it spreads from there into surrounding muscles, which obviously your butt provides a lot of it in close proximity. I know I went in for my first colonic because my hip joints were really starting to bother me too (I have never had any problem with my hips), and the very first colonic resolved that mess within 3 days. I still get the achy butt sensations, they come and go, but my lower back feels a lot stronger after everything, colon cleansing and chelating combined.
The DMSA is good stuff. Until I get all of my amalgams out though it seems only the cilantro reliably keeps me on a steady keel. I work with my hands and itps really important that they not be numb or my head fogged up. That is a lot of DMSA you are doing, I had a lot of IV chelation in the beginning. Just a guess, but a somewhat educated experienced one, but if your hands/arms are still getting numb in 2-3 weeks try adding the cilantro in slowly like I did at first then move into more cilantro over a period of a couple weeks until you feel real clear.
I wouldn't worry about the icy sensations, I am real sure that is mercury on it's way out. The hot sensations do worry me though. Either way I take some DMSA when i feel a lot of of either.
Getting better slow but sure. I worry a little bit about my kidneys also, the mercury dumping there day after day. I am not sure really but I think the cilantro/garlic is a bit easier on them than the synthetics.
Years and years ago my mom actually went in and had her wrist bone scraped for carpal tunnel syndrome. I have had it pretty bad in the past, can hurt quite a bit but even before I knew anything about mercury posioning I started using ginkgo biloba for that (15 years ago) and it seemed to help quite a bit also. I sometimes add in some ginkgo in conjunction when I do a heavy duty cilantro with DMSA these days.
