Can anyone tell me what kind of liquorice to buy I have been to many health food shops and all their liquorice seems to contain somethig we are not suppose to have. The one with least ingredients still contained wheat flour. Is there a pure form I am deasperate to support my adrenals as they are going crazy. Managed to get some cocanut cream and ginger. Hi Tracy, i take Bio-health Liquorice root. It has no gluten, yeast, etc. I got it from my local health shop, you can buy it on-line.

Hi, Tracy, how are you doing. I bought a liqurice supplement on line mainly to help my adrenals. That week I had major major headaches and came out in a rash with it. I stopped it, the headaches went, started it again and back they came. So I'm just saying watch how you react with them.

I have another supplement for adrenal function which has a much much lower dose of liquorice which does not seem to have the same effect.

Just thought I'd let you know about this
