This is the SAME thing I was told, Tracy. When I went to see my doctor, he said people are hypochondriacs, and don't trust what you see on the internet, people read all of this stuff and think they have all of it. When I first told my dad that I think I am being poisoned, he told me his doctor had said to him in the past, "Don't believe everything you see on the internet." BTW my dad doesn't believe that I'm poisoned, because he has fillings too and says he is ok. He also admits he has unexplained health problems, and that the fillings in your teeth couldn't cause poisoning, because EVERYBODY has fillings. Grrrr.
I told my husband just last night, the internet is saving my life. I told him with tears running down my face, that if it wasn't for the internet, I wouldn't know what is wrong with me. I would spend the rest of my life, getting sicker (and maybe even dying) and no one would ever know why. They would end up locking me up, for going all crazy, because the medical profession would not know what else to do with me. I have said how sad it is that so many people are locked up right now in some facility, with no hope of getting better, when all they had wrong with them is mercury in their mouth. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" />
