Hello again to everyone.

I want to thank everybody in the beginning for your support, you are truly one group of fantastic people. Russ - somehow I knew you would be the first one to give reply- thanks:) As well as to sandy and mommy.

I will cut to the point. As of today, I feel like a survivor. Yesterday, and this morning was one of my worst days in my life ever...

I was experiencning all of those symptoms I told you before for the last couple of days... saturday was the day when I kind of felt stabilized (I say kind of because it was still far from feeling at least remotely decently) - the cloud in my head wasn't as severe, I could keep in touch with people at least. I went to my sister's in the evening and after having come back I was dum enough to try some cake my mother made the day before... it was with sorbitol, instead of sugar, plus no yeast, just a little bit of wheat plus egg whites and cherries. The next morning -yesterday- I felt more foggy, but it wasn't as bad as before. And it's not like I never feel awful in the morning, so I attributed it to that. The day went on, I took a spoon of cilantro pesto, things kind of cleared up more. In the afternoon, my mother offered me that cake she made and was eating with my father... I gave in, and ate three piecies. Then IT began..

Within 20 minutes I felt angry and paranoid, I didn't know what was going on. As time passed I started to get more and more foggy and LOSING TOUCH WITH REALITY. I DESPERETALY tried to cling to sanity as I saw the inevitable happening.

With all of the brain fog types that I have experienced throughout the las two years (and I can say pretty much for sure i as in a permanent state of brain fog.. one or another) I always knew who I was, where I am, what the situtaion is, and what I am supposed to do. But NOT yeterday. I felt COMPLETELY LOST WITHIN MYSELF. I swear to God, if there's any way one can tell how a schizphrenia or Alzheimer feels like, THAT WAS IT! I had NO CONTROL over my body, nor actions, only flashes of reality in SOME parts of my brain reminded me of what was really happenng! I couldn't even understad what people where telling me, let alone comprehend any kind of more complex thought!

My dog died two months ago, having something with her brain, getting encephalopathy, and going round in circles, chasing her one tail. I felt similair! I kept going from room to room, not even knowing what I want to get out of it.

I took some selenium thinking it might help, since I have a mercurey problem. It was just a chunch call, not any analysis, as it was AS MUCH as i could afford for. Maybe it helped, but not much. Then I took zinc - it helped, but only once I took second. But still was feeling schizophreniquish. Recalled getting worse right after eating that cake, and getting better after taking zinc (which the liver needs to break down candida's acetaldehyde) so started drinking kefir... lots of it. Finally came somewhat back and was able to put myself to bed. Today I felt foggy again, but did an enema, and drank some kefir again, in the meantime shouting at my mother (she wanted me to cosult a psychiatrist asap, but I told her it wouldn't make sense). I then started drinking dandelion tea and felt my liver working and doing cleanups of my blood.

I came back! Better than I was the day I wrote that previous post, I think. But I feel completely rundown, I actually feel like I came from war, having seen horrible things... I feel like a survivor I guess. And I guess that's why I'm writing this to you, cause we go through different things, but yesterday I reached the bottom. It makes my want to cry everytime I think of that horror hours, I feel like I came back from the dead. But at the same time I feel kind of stronger, sustained. Ironic.

I guess that's all. I'm to exhausted to touch upon the medical/technical issues of what was really behind it all. I'm still recovering. Just wanted to share these things somewhere.

Stay strong guys. And thanks for you patience.

Mike

(PS. yes in case anyone had doubts, a male, 23yo, is behind that feminine nickname - jinx. To me, it doesn't sound female, hence I picked it).
