I'm sorry to hear about what you're going through. It is a sad reality but mercury is so unbelievably toxic that just being exposed to particles of amalgam during a removal can cause these types of symptoms.
The symptoms you're having sound typical of mercury and the timing certainly suggests that the removal event was the cause. Nevertheless, I have some suggestions that may help. I would only keep in mind that it may take time to recover from these issues because of the way mercury works.
I personally would not take vitamin B-12 at this time.
I would not take milk thistle at this time. It's an excellent supplement for the liver but if you're having these kinds of issues, because it detoxes the liver, it could contribute more toxic load to your body.
I would take magnesium to keep the digestive system moving and stop the coffee. Coffee seems to enable mercury to move through cell walls, according to what a researcher said. I also noticed increased mercury symptoms when having caffiene.
I would certainly not take ALA at this time. Again, another great supplement but not if you're already this toxic.
I would also keep sulphur low, so you may want to decrease or eliminate garlic.
The main idea here is to get yourself to stabilize and then to detox slowly. Of couse, it sounds as if you still have fillings so you likely cannot start a serious detox as of yet.
If I were in your position, I would continue taking (most of) what you're taking, I would drink lots of water, take magnesium and calcium, algin (very important), and try to sweat as much as possible.
I'm very sorry to hear what you're going through and I hope others can see how important it is to take all the precautions possible when having amalgams removed. This is highly toxic stuff—a very real poison—that does not belong in the human body.
Please keep us posted and be careful.
