Hi tracy, yes that is very true. These potent natural agents, just because they are natural, does not mean they are ok under all circumstances and they can be dangeous in the respect that they tend to mobilise toxins wildly and if any part of you is weakened, or not able to keep up, you can end up far more poisoned, in fact, you can actually induce poisoning from using them, as sometimes toxins are in certain areas stored and these things stir them up wildly, garlic being the worst of them. this is no longer healthy, it is risky and does not mean it's a diagnosis, it means you have repoisoned yourself by using high sulfur foods that are not wise in mercury toxicity, when you must move mercury slowly and safely.

Even andy cutler admits that a relatively healthy person that may have a storage of mercury and not show many symptoms, can actually end up with acute toxicity from using high sulfur products/foods.

If your liver wasn't able to eliiminate properly before this, you're certain to end up with a worse problem after using them, as I have been injured severely by garlic. Onions I'm ok with, eggs I'm ok with, but again, they are high sulfur foods and shold all be used with caution in this toxicity. Garlic especially.

Just because some do 'ok" on them, does not mean they are safe, it means a person may not have the problems or sensitivity to their particular toxin that is being mobilised and is lucky enough to have a better funtionig system able to cope with it.

I have no doubts about the top link provided, garlic is potent and how do we know that its safe? AGAIN, because its natural, people assume this automatically means it's safe. We need to hear the other side and ohhhh there's another side to garlic and the more I hear about that stuff, plus other products like cysteine, methionine, whey etc, and how they are touted for use in mercury, the more concerned I get. Two people committed suicide after being put on a cysteine pdouct to detox mercury, instead it mobilised it into brain/nervous system and caused severe depression, suicidal thoughts etc, and finally these people took their own life. Is this worth this risk to say "well it diagnosed them though, it showed they had a problem". COME ON, there are far safer ways of doing that and best peformed by a professional who is well versed in it and is careful.
