Correlation does'nt prove causation , but my father is in his eighties ,mentally very sharp and in perfect physical health.He plays golf three times a week and travels extensively.He has no fillings of any type, all of his teeth and no periodontal problems.He eats a high fat diet and dos'nt take supplements. I'm half his age and have numerous health problems. I have a mouth full of fillings crowns and root canals.
