I am trying to come out of my shell, at least a little. I too, have suffered many years being passive and fearful. I am now having some fierce anger coming out, but in a way that's good, maybe it will fuel my fire to TRY and get the message across to people. I just have to try and channel it in a positive way.

I was a mouse too, but am starting to come out of my shell and finally stand up for myself...when we are ill, we don't have confidence or strength to fight back, but at 55, I feel like I have been reborn.
