Openly displaying a coverup is a technique called, "Hiding in plain sight". This is obviously the technique they're using to get people used to and conditioned for the idea of chemtrails.

I don't know. I do know a lot of people are having upper respiratory issues. It's amazing what's going on right before our eyes.

The most blatant chemtrail subliminal I've seen is in th ad on the cingular homepage:

Even homeland security:
