So, has anyone had a bad experience doing a colon cleanse with amaglams still in? I really feel like I need to do one, but I am concerned. I have some all natural colon cleanse capsules too, and I really want to try them out, maybe this week. I have felt for a long time like I am not getting nutrients out of food, when I eat. I can imagine there is probably quite a build-up then.
