i had a tooth that was infected 6 months before i became ill the normal dentist took out the filling ,packed with gauze and refilled it through the next months i noticed little symptoms like swollen glands and the tooth hurt like hell but i felt ok anyway it got so bad i went back she took the filling out said it was still infected and filled the four root canals and filled again it was the next day i started to feel ill and 2 days later was the start of my nightmare when i thought i had menegitis i was so ill and remember telling keith i felt like id been poisoned then i was diagnosed with ME the tooth never stopped throbbing so i went back to the dentist and she did an x-ray she said it was all infected but could pull it out all in one go it all fell to pieces and she had to drill out all the root fillings she didnt clean out anything and just sewed up the gum now im wondering if this is what sent me spiralling downhill again but what can i do now that was about a year ago so i suppose all the damage is already done what can you do if this has happened is there anything you can take to help fight the bacteria will antibiotics deplete my immune system even more its hardly working now HELP
