hello,
I was wondering if anyone had any information on which fish to avoid to avoid too much mercury. I have been told its ok to eat fish maybe 1-2 times a week, but would really like to know which fish are safer to eat.
thanks for any help

I would avoid fish as there's no way of telling if it contains mercury or not. If you do Laura and Russ suggest that you take algin before and after consuming it. If you are worried about not getting enough omega fats in your diet try hemp or linseed oil as they contain a good balance of omega 3,6 and 9 oils.

Not saying the data is erronious but they are also trying to stop overfishing. Figure get people to stop eating as much fish and recover the fish populations.
