All I know is that RG, the owner of Humaworm, knows lots and lots about parasites and I trust what he says. He says 3 months between campaigns. His herbs are a 1 months cleanse. Why do I trust what he says…because his herbs massively helped me. They gave me so much understanding about my health problems and were a large part of the turnaround in my health, from spiralling downwards to healing. I am healthier partly because of what I learned and what I did because of his website, his words & his herbs.

Yes…..superparasites…..i don’t know but…….i seem to have some pretty resistant buggers in me. I used to be able to eat lots of coconut oil and pumpkin seeds. And I did used to eat a lot, everyday. Now……I cannot. Stirs up my guys too much….are they resistant to these highly anti-parasitic foods now? I don’t know….i did try to eat lots and lots in one day once, to "smoke 'em out"…..and it stirred them up lots and lots and it really hurt me. An experiment I will not repeat in a hurry.

I know I have a major parasite problem. But I also know that I will wait the 3 months and then go in HARD when I do. They are tough and half measures just don’t work for me.

My parasite cleanse starts in a week. I will also do a 1 month bowel cleanse at the same time. I will also take some Essiac tea, which is also very anti-parasitic too.

I have in fact just started the Essiac Tea and it is stirring my parasites too much, so I will stop it and do all at the same time next week and take a break from DMSA. Its difficult on rounds of DMSA to be battling parasites at the same time!
