Wow, I cant believe I almost missed this thread!! I have done parasite cleanses and researched this-- believe me when I tell you all that it IS true what the nutritionists say-- that 85% of the industrialized World have some form of parasite or another and have no clue.
I never knew I harbored fluke worms. Before I had my amalgams removed, last year- t he year before, I noticed I was strangly constipated all the time, and my stomach started bulging out.
By luck, I read an article somewhere by an honest doctor-- that most health issues can be traced to the colon. Soooo, I did some colon cleanses and was shocked to see strange looking lima bean looking pods in my bowel movements. All I was taking at the time was Super Colon Cleanse and alot of water. Everyone in my family told me it was probably lima beans I ate from chili. The thing is that I hadnt had chili for several months, and I chew lima beans before swallowing - not ingest them whole!!
Through photos I saw at
www.curezone.com and other sites, I noticed that what i was passing was fluke worm eggs. Specificallly Sheep fluke worm. you can get this very easily by eating vegetation that slugs and garden snails had been on. They pick up the larvea from rodents and any infected mammal. It passes to humans if we dont wash all our garden veggies properly. Now I use a natural bio-degradable Veggie Wash before I eat veggies.
You can get parasites just from breathing in microscopic parasite eggs in house dust! Pinworms are often passed on to children this way.
After I did my colon cleanses (and colon cleanses are necessary if you are going to do a parasite cleanse-- to keep the colon channels open and prevent detox side-effects. Colon cleanses permit parasite toxins to leave via the bowel movements and not back up in the body causing nausea, rashes, dizzyspells, etc) I began a parasite cleanse. I used Paragone and also Barefoot Herbalist's Dewormer (based on Dr. Christopher's formula)
The basic herbs to use are : Wormwood, Black Walnut- green hull, and Cloves. The cloves (or Clove Oil ) will kill the eggs and larvea whereas the other herbs only kill the adult parasites.
I take it at morning and at night before bed. Twice a year is good for maintenance and you can even safely give this to your house pets as maintenance too. It is way less toxic than drug version dewormers.
Some people are senstive to Wormwood, so one can substitute Wormwood with something like Cat's Claw or Astragalus, etc.
I would stil use the Black Walnut and Cloves though.
Parasite cleanses do not interrupt a person's busy lifestyle. You can still go to work and live your life and noone will ever know you are doing a parasite cleanse. It does not make you have to rush to the bathroom every 30 minutes.
You will notice yourself losing weight also-- especially around the mid-section as the bloat leaves the intestines. Intestinal bloat is often a sign of parasites or candidas. Your stomach sticks out like your in your early months of pregnancy-- but it is because the intestines enlarge and push the stomach out.
It is correct that there are foods we can eat in our daily life that have natural anti-parasite properties.
Pomegranete-- including the skin and seeds is a very good anti-parasite food.
So is raw garlic, pumpkin seeds (especially raw ones) papaya (including the papaya seeds). Raw pineapple also combats worms- They hate the Bromelain!
Team up raw papaya and cultured milk -such as Kefir , and oregano oil capsules, and you will probably kill large roundworm type worms like Acarius worms.
Parasites are more a problem than doctors will admit. Many of them know about parasites, but won't discuss it with patients maybe because of fear of catering to people's hypochondria. They prefer to just prescribe away anti-biiotics- which make the problem worse because anti-biotics kill good bacteria which would normally kill many a parasite larvea.
