Sandi, I left the bottle of olive oil close by the first cupboard I go to in the kitchen in the morning so that I would remember to take it before eating.
I'm sitting here now swishing the oil and I must say this is one of the weirdest treatments I have ever participated in
Lizzie I agree Lizzie, it is a bit weird, and I feel weird telling people about it, but it sure does me a lot of good. Chemo patients are prone to mouth sores and gum infections, and I have had none,....partly due to my good diet and the Immune Stimulator from NSP...but also from this as well. And that is a good idea to leave the oil on the cupboard, I will have to leave a sticky on it, "Do not put away." I don't think it would make you gain weight Lizbet, it should make you lose fluids as clear out the toxins. Are you following a low starch, gluten and dairy free diet? Sandi xoxo
