well it might be that there are some dental materials that are tolerated better by more people and some that are not. One dentist I know only uses two main dental materials, which is heliomolar HB and Cerec porcelain. he says out of his patients, they seem to be the most tolerated and are also mechanically excellent materials at the sametime.
