Hi Bex,

Yes, I read about 'The Secret' a little while ago and think that this would work very well. I want to start this regimen as soon as possible, but I need to avoid the hydrogen peroxide and colloidal silver until I get the gold and amalgam out. The aloe vera might work well as a replacement liquid, but I think that the best thing for me right now would be to get the funds ready to go for the crown replacements and amalgam removals, so I can get these out ASAP and stop poisoning myself with these huge amounts of mercury.

One thing that I noticed missing from this regimen that I would like to see is the use of cayenne pepper. I think that cayenne would work well for many people that have cavitation issues, because it works so well in stimulating blood flow and healing to connecting tissues. This is one thing that Dr. Schulze swears by in many of his formulas, and in my experience I agree with him--it's worked for me too.

Don't feel bad about the cigarette smoking Bex--we all have our moments of weakness. I have gone back to drinking hot coffee in the mornings again for the past week, and need to get off it again. To me it seems like the important thing is that when we fall down we just pick ourselves up again and dust ourselves off, and keep trodding on in the right direction in the long run. If we can do that, it minimizes our temporary weaknesses and failures as human beings. These failures need to be factored into our healing process, because we have all had them, and are going to keep being tempted by them until the day we die. If we are fortunate enough to withstand the temptations on our good days, that is great, and we set ourselves up for healing. However, if we fall to temptations on our bad days, at least there is always tomorrow where we can try again. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />
