A little disappointing news today. I just got back from the dentist's office after picking up my materials samples. Glad that phxcoop and Bex had me check more into this. The name of the composite that this dentist was going to use is called 'Esthet-X'. I did some research on this and found that it is very high in Bis-GMA http://jdr.iadrjournals.org/cgi/content/full/83/3/222#T2

I also received a couple of CEREC samples--one is Vita-Mark II, and the other is Pro-CAD. Will have to research those as well, to make sure that they are both zirconium-based CEREC's, as I had requested and assumed. If this dentist does not have other kinds of fillers/adhesives available for my crowns, then it looks like my only option will be to have all of my work done at the biologic dentist's office (which I found out during my informational meeting is covered by my insurance at 50%). I know during the informational meeting that the biologic dentist said that they avoid all composites with BisGMA's in them.
