hi again, yes I am trying to be cautious like you. I am phoning around areas in my country all the dentists who use cerec and asking how much an inlay costs and does the overall cost reduce if a person is having many done etc. Most of the time the cost has remained at about 900 or so for ONE inlay (which I think is a little digusting actually). But one dentist so far charges about 600 - 800 an inlay and apparently teh cost is reduced if there are quite a few inlays needed to be done. So I could end up getting cerec afterall. But not sure yet.
But what I don't understand is this. I asked the receptionist, who asked the dentist "What block is your cerec from"? she had NO idea what I was talking about and the dentist said "Zironia" and that was it. On my serum form, I don't have any cerec with zironia attached to it. I have no idea which one it is. This is aggravating.
But thanks for letting me know how things are going with you and WILL go. Best of luck with the cerec crown. You're being very careful which is good. I hope there are no reactions. Do you know what the dentist will be using as a bonding agent to seal it into the tooth? Many of them fail to mention that.
