Antibiotics can cause alot of complications in humans (candidas, destruction of good bacteria, yeast infections, etc) but for animals, --especially housepets, they can suffer even more.

I spoke to a woman yesterday who is faithfuly giving her cat antibiotics perscribed by her veternarian for digestive issues.
The cat is now suffering kidney issues because of the antibiotics.

This elderly woman told me that the whole digestive problem started with her cat after feeding it all those novelty kitty treats. I know that any pet foods or treats from those big name pet food companies are not made with the pet's health in mind. They contain petro chemical additives and attractive food colorings as well as lab created ingredients to create an addiction in the animal.

I'ts a viscious circle for this elderly woman and her cat, because she is afraid not to listen to her veterinarian-- and without knowledge of non-toxic natural antibiotics, she can only resort to her veterinarians's prescription. Mean time the cat's kidney issues are getting worse- and the veterinarian prescribes kidney medication for the kidneys which brings on another circle of health issues for this cat.

I suggested the woman give her cat real yogurt with live cultures (not the commercialized joke of yogurt that is more dessert than live cultured milk) At the very least, her kitty can at least have some good bacteria restored.

Poor cat :-(
