if anyone is interested i ordered a heavy metals test from a company called osumex i was a bit doubtful about it because all you have to do is a urine sample and put a piece of ltmus paper into the test tube then after a couple of minutes you check the top ring of urine to see if it chages colour it gives a slip of paper like a colour chart well mine turned dark brown which indicates high toxicity apparently doctors in America accept the test i thought it worked really well and was only about fourteen pounds

i think it is a reliable test as the hospital have just offered me a test which is very similar and its the only test they use

Andy Cutler recommends them, especially when taking ALA, to see if the mercury is coming out of the brain.
