HI Alan, whatever it was you did, I wish you could type it up so we could all read it. many of us are in a similar position than Tracy and like to find out anything from others that has helped them. And some of us are from overseas, so phone calls are not always very convenient from the toll cost side of things.

BUt if you could share some of what helped you on here, that would be very helpful.
