Tracy, I agree with you, I have been to my Dr with various problems but I have not mentioned the mercury thing cos I just know they would think I'm crackers!! I have had lots of weird symtoms this year from being dizzy, hypoglycemic, not feeling I could breath properly, chest pains etc. I have been to get some of these symptoms checked out at the Dr, i.e. I had an ecg, and I had a camera put down my throat ( not very pleasant!!!) All these tests came back clear (thankfully) but I just know that the mercury thing is the cause of many of this problems and more specifically my adrenal thyroid function. I have been concentrating so much on trying to detox and still not feeling that much better. Then it struck me that I should probably try and concentrate on strengthing my adrenal and thyroid function, instead of thinking (get rid of the mercury, get rid of the mercury!!) (although I should do this too at some point). What I am trying to say is that I think if my adrenal function and thyroid function is better/stronger/improved or whatever then my body will be in a far better position to remove the mercury and I will not feel so weakend by it all. I have tried various things that you can take when still have amalgams in your mouth, ( I still have one under a crown - which I am not removing just now) but every time I try something like modifilan or something, all that happens is I just feel very weak when I take it then I give up.

So in a nutshell I think that if my adrenal thyroid function is better I will be able to use something like modifilan without it making me so weak/hypoglycemic etc.

I wish I had thought about this before, I knew the mercury had hit my adrenal and thyroid function by the symtoms I was getting but I just thought that after a while they would recover, clearly in a lot of us the thyroid and or adrenal glands need nutritional support before they can recover. So anyways thats what I'm going to concentrate on just now and get myself stronger first and foremost. Although I must confess sometimes I am positive and then other times I get sick fed up of thinking about it all the time!! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smirk.gif" alt="" />lizbet
