i had swollen glands alot and even went to see a E.N.T specialist coz they wouldnt go down i had antibiotics which didnt do nothin and im sure its a mercury symptom and if id have known wouldnt have took antibiotics i dont get colds or flu as much now being on the anti candida diet that should help plenty of vit c too echinacea is also good for the immune system
