I'm so glad to have just used an infrared sauna & found it was effective in removing mercury from my neck/head - more so than anything else I've tried including the standard dry sauna. It pulls poisons out faster than other saunas. I still use a steam sauna as this is the best way of removing mercury from my mouth.

It runs at a lower temperature than normal saunas. They recommend no more than 30 minutes a day in one. I've used it for longer with no ill effects.

Most sauna establishments do not have an infrared. Do a search on google for an 'infrared sauna' along with your town/city name. If that doesn't work try a nearby town/city. If you live in the UK in Suffolk call 01284 700100 where they have one in Bury St Edmunds.

I have just ordered one. It is 90 x 90 cm in base. I found most websites selling them sell ones that can't be unassembled. In the UK one website that sells ones that can is www.saunashop.co.uk

There is also something called a 'facial sauna' which lets you breath in steam as you put your face over a plastic face mask. I found that if I breath through my nose I can get more steam into my mouth. In the UK you can buy them from Boots the pharmacy for £13.
